Little Voices Group

Is your child ready to move up to our Little Voices group?

These lessons are 45 minutes long and focus on Group Musical Theatre lessons, Devising or Solo work.

The skills your child will be working on…

  1. Singing Technique: Students can learn vocal techniques such as breath control, pitch accuracy, improve their vocal range, and tone production.
  2. Acting Skills: working on skills such as character development, improvisation, stage presence, and emotional expression.
  3. Confidence: Through our experience and carefully planned lessons, our pupils confidence in their abilities both on stage and in other aspects of their lives grow.
  4. Communication: Whether it’s expressing emotions through song or conveying a character’s story through acting, students can improve their communication skills which will also help outside the classroom.
  5. Teamwork and Collaboration: Many performances involve ensemble singing or acting, which helps teamwork, cooperation, and collaboration among pupils.
  6. Creativity and Expression: We encourage pupils to express themselves creatively through music and drama, using imagination and artistic expression.
  7. Discipline and Time Management: Learning songs, rehearsing scenes, and preparing for performances require discipline and time management skills, which students will develop
  8. Resilience: Dealing with challenges such as stage fright or making mistakes during performances can teach students resilience and the importance of perseverance in the face of setbacks.
  9. Listening Skills: Listening to instructions from teachers, feedback from peers, and music cues during performances can enhance students’ listening skills and ability to follow directions.
