WorkBuzz is a leading independent franchise consultancy, and their annual Franchisee Satisfaction Awards are based on the results of an anonymous online survey of franchisees across a variety of industries.
The survey measures franchisee satisfaction with their franchisor in the areas of training and support, the franchise system, culture and relationships, leadership, and overall satisfaction.
Using a consistent methodology, the franchise is assigned an overall score and the highest-performing franchisors are recognised in the Best Franchise Awards.
