- Music educator for 30yrs. Former students have gone on to success at institutes including Arts Ed, Italia Conti, Mountview, Royal College of Music, Salisbury Playhouse and Chichester University.
- Has worked with a wide demographic of professional singers, including those with West End and professional operatic backgrounds. Lorraine has taught across a range of musical styles, including jazz, musical theatre, opera and pop.
- Has professional speech and language therapeutic experience, sectors in which she is active in Wiltshire, providing support and advice for a local hospital’s Speech & Language department.
- Experienced performer including Musical Theatre roles as leading lady – Calamity Jane (Calamity Jane), Dorothy (The Wizard of Oz), Eliza Doolittle (My Fair Lady), Julie Jordan (Carousel), and Maria (West Side Story).
- She has been in demand as a recitalist and Soprano Soloist for Oratorio works across England and has won noted national singing competitions.
- Lorraine has performed professionally in Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Gibraltar and the United Kingdom.
Qualified as an Estill Master Trainer in May 2020 and welcomes enquiries from professional performers and voice users, together with undergraduates looking to embark on a professional career in performing arts and other voice areas.

Sarah-Jane Adlington BA (Hons) Dunelm, ATCL
SJ holds an undergraduate degree in music, supported by a foundation year and Diploma in Musical Theatre, a working knowledge of the Estill Voice Model and several years of professional performance.
SJ is a big believer in incorporating games into learning, making lessons fun and full of energy. With more than 10 years teaching experience under her belt, SJ has a 100% pass rate for students taking ABRSM, LAMDA and Trinity exams.
When it comes to performing, SJ has a varied background with venues ranging from the Royal Albert Hall to the Minnack Theatre in Cornwall and the more local Theatre Royal Bath.
Most recently, before lockdown, SJ enjoyed a memorable evening singing in Ashton Gate with Take That and Lulu before heading to Germany for a 3-day tour.
SJ also works as a musical director for several local groups and is currently working on composing her first musical.
Becky is a singer/songwriter & performer originally from the Isle of Man, now based in Wiltshire. Whilst living on the island, her love of musical theatre saw her treading the boards in many shows, including Jekyll and Hyde, Les Miserables & Oliver! with her biggest roles including ‘Kim’ in the European Premiere of Miss Saigon and Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz. Eventually, Becky set off to train in London at the London School of Musical Theatre.
Upon moving to Wiltshire, she became a member of two established local bands, and has performed in fantastic venues, including the Pavilion in Bath.
Brought up with an eclectic taste in music, Becky finds her comfort zone within musical theatre & country music, which she has been writing & performing since 2017 with the release of her first EP ‘What It Takes’. Since then, Becky’s catalogue has continued to grow, with one of her singles ‘You Say’ reaching the coveted number 1 spot in the UK Country Music Charts on iTunes.
Along with writing and performing her own music, Becky also loves teaching the next generation of stars! She worked as a Vocal Coach at The Rock Project for over 6 years as well as having private clients for singing coaching and audition prep.
Becky is absolutely thrilled to be part of the Little Voice Team!
Originally from Trowbridge, Maria moved to London where she trained at Webber Douglas and the Academy of Live & Recorded Arts. After graduating from the 3-year actors’ course she went on to work with many touring theatre companies and has performed for audiences across the UK, Europe and also in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival where she starred in a one-woman comedy show.
Maria has always loved performing in children’s theatre, in particular creating shows to captivate and engage a young audience.
Maria was a founding member of Barefaced Theatre Company, a female led theatre company which focused on new writing for women. They produced many shows using pop up venues as the performance space.
Since starting her family Maria has given up the touring life and has focused on teaching. She has been teaching performing arts for over 5 years and has run many holiday clubs and workshops. She has directed numerous shows including Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, Hairspray, Snow White, Cinderella and Addams Family.
Maria has taught Trinity acting exams and has a 100% pass rate. She recently completed the LAMDA teacher training course with Lighthouse school of speech, drama and communication.
Maria is still performing locally and over the last few years she has tread the boards of many local theatres including The Ustinov Theatre, the Egg Theatre (Theatre Royal Bath) Rondo Theatre, Frome Memorial Theatre, The Arc and also with the street performance company, The Natural Theatre Company
She has had the opportunity to play such a range of characters including the Evil queen in Snow White, the Porter in Macbeth, and the hugely emotional role of Hester Collyer in Deep Blue Sea.
She has just finished performing a National Theatre production of The Odyssey, where she played the part of Queen Aeolus and she was so excited!
In her spare time (if there is such a thing with 3 children!) Maria is Head Elf of Santa Please Stop Here, where she organises personalised doorstep visits from Santa on Christmas Eve. The business was born during lockdown, when everything was being cancelled, so that local children could still have the magical Christmas experiences they deserved.
Maria is hugely passionate about the benefit of drama for children. She likes to create a safe and supportive space so that their confidence can grow. She loves to watch their imagination and creativity develop.

Abi is a professional performer who has had a passion for the arts her whole life. She started in amateur dramatics at a young age and completed all her LAMDA examinations at school. Abi then went on to train in Musical Theatre professionally at D&B Academy of Performing Arts in London where she received her 3-year Diploma in Musical Theatre in 2017. Since then, she has been performing professionally all over the world including on cruise ships and 5* resorts as a vocalist and dancer. She now performs as part of two successful girl bands as guests acts all over the UK and on cruise ships.
Abi can’t wait to share her passion for performing arts in the classroom and create a fun, exciting environment, just as she had as a child, which gave her all the tools she needed for the career and confidence she has today.
Helena Veysey – Visiting Acting Tutor – Holidays/Workshops
Helena became a professional actress aged 12years old, when she was picked from thousands of children who auditioned for just one of 25 places in the ITV studios junior workshops. Between the ages of 12-18yrs, she worked in numerous television and radio productions through the ITV workshops and gained her Equity card at the age of 13. Helena then spent a year’s study course in Theatre Studies, and then went on to study Acting at the famous Anna Scher Acting School in London for a further 3 years. Her favourite roles in her career so far include the ‘baddie’ Estelle Hitchings in the BBC 1 Court Room Drama ‘The Bench’ and also the female boxer Rhona Patterson in BBC 1 Drama ‘Casualty’.
Helena became the Acting Tutor for Little Voices Bridgend before taking on the role of Centre Manager in September 2018. She has previously managed to get her pupils the distinction grade of 100/100 for the LAMDA exams!! Yes, 100/100!!!! During the pandemic Helena continued her work with Little Voices by running on line lessons for the Bridgend franchise until September 2021 when sadly the Bridgend venue due to the pandemic closed its doors.
Helena now teaches drama online with both one to one and group classes. Helena writes scripts professionally for Acting classes and Exams for a number of performing arts schools in London and Wales. In March 2022 Helena was asked to join the NW Wiltshire and Central Bath franchise of Little Voices as an Acting tutor. And she jumped at the opportunity to return to little voices, describing it “as coming home”. Helena teaches on our 1/2 term and holidays activities.
Fun facts about Helena – She is the youngest of 4 siblings. Her favourite colour is green. Her favourite day of the year is Halloween and she’s a Sagittarian!
