Our tutors


Alisha Bond- Guildford & Brookwood

Alisha is the singing tutor at our Brookwood centre. Alisha originally from Bolton, Lancashire and graduated from Performance Preparation Academy (PPA), Guildford last July with a 3 year diploma in Musical Theatre. She has performed since she was a young child and taken many LAMDA exams herself which is why she loves to help and guide at Little Voices. She feels she is now passing on her knowledge and watching them grow.

Performance credits whilst training:

  • Ensemble in Dames At Sea
  • Doralee Rhodes in 9 to 5 The musical
  • Ensemble in The Producers at the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre
  • Choir/ cover Stephanie burger in Vernon God Little at the Mill Studio Theatre.
  • Alisha has lots of experience teaching singing, dance and acting for at various performing arts schools across Surrey & Hampshire and has been teaching or assisting from her teenage years.

Molly White- Guildford Spike

Molly White is our Lead Musical Theatre tutor (teaching both acting and singing)  at the Guildford Spike centre. She is an enthusiast teacher who loves spending time with children and seeing their creativity flourish.

Molly is a former student from the Musical Theatre Course at The Dance School of Scotland and is currently in her final year of professional training at Performance Preparation Academy in Guildford. 

She is delighted to be working with the children on some exciting songs, poems and scripts and is looking forward to getting to know all the pupils and helping them to learn skills that will benefit them for life as well as in the performing arts area.


Joely Barbour- Brookwood/Pangbourne

Joely is the lead tutor and lesson coordinator at our Brookwood centre and the lead tutor at St Andrews Pangbourne.

Joely graduated from PPA in 2018, having trained for 3 years in professional musical theatre. Whilst training Joely took part in a number of professional shows including the role of Judy Bernly in Dolly Parton’s musical: 9 To 5. She has experience in LAMDA examinations while also representing her college at MOVE IT. Joely has been a teacher at PPA Kids every Saturday for  3 years teaching singing, musical theatre and dance and has been teaching for Little Voices since 2017.


Sophie Barnard- St Swithun’s

Sophie is our lead tutor at St Swithuns, Winchester. She has a First-Class degree in musical theatre from Performance Preparation Academy in Guildford as well as a classical training in vocal studies. She has also studied music theory and plays the clarinet, giving her a sound base in musicianship.

As well as being a musical theatre performer herself, she is also experienced in teaching various LAMDA syllabi. Sophie absolutely loves being able to help all pupils  develop their skills and, most importantly, confidence.



All our tutors are subject to enhanced DBS checks, and are fully insured. Lead tutors all hold Paediatric First Aid, Fire Marshall and Safeguarding qualifications.
