Kerry Gaughran- Principal
Kerry has had a love for singing and acting for as long as she can remember. Kerry spent many years dancing, becoming proficient in tap, modern, ballet, freestyle and theatre-craft. Performing and dancing are in her blood. Having spent time performing in England and the US, Kerry values the performing arts and the positive effect it has on young people. Kerry has trained as a Social Worker and worked closely with fostering agencies and youth groups. As a result she is highly organised and efficient and loves to be with young people. She works hard to keep Little Voices West Kent organised and ensure parents and pupils are being looked after and well-informed.
Kerry is thrilled to be the principal of the team at Little Voices West Kent. She said: “Everyone deserves to feel valued and have a chance to recognise their potential. Little Voices does that. Meg Clarke- Centre Co-Ordinator
Meg is trained in both musical theatre and music performance/production, gaining diplomas in both subjects before furthering her training & achieving First Class in her BA Hons in Theatre Arts (Musical Theatre).
Combining her passion for performing with an affinity and love for working with young people, Meg has taught for a variety of clients and performing arts establishments across the South-East; catering for a wide range of ages, knowledge and abilities.
She is experienced in all three performance disciplines, body conditioning and LAMDA examinations – though has a particular passion for teaching vocal technique and is Estille trained. Still active within the industry, Meg is excited to grow her tutoring career between auditions and performance roles, passing on her wide knowledge and skillset to the next generation.
Meg is dedicated to creating an inclusive and fun environment that celebrates and challenges each individual, and has a strong background inclusive of working with those who may have additional SEND needs.Already a part of the Little Voices family, she is thrilled to be joining the West Kent team!

Ben Gaughran- Office Staff
Ben has been involved in the performing arts since he was a young boy at Primary School. When he was cast as the lead role in his year 2 play, he knew he was heading for a life of performance. Since then, Ben has played the role of Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Raul and The Phantom in Excerpts from The Phantom of the Opera, and The Artful Dodger in Oliver! Alongside his performing, Ben has spent many years as a conductor and musical director. His musical theatre credits include: Fiddler on the Roof and Oklahoma! as well as a variety of pantomimes. Ben has also worked as a vocal coach. Throughout his musical career, Ben has worked with young people and has developed a desire to help them develop.
Ben is thrilled to be part of the team at Little Voices West Kent. Ben believes that “all young people deserve an opportunity to participate in the performing arts. I love working with young people helping them to realise their potential. Singing and drama help to develop skills that can be used in all areas of life. Caron Kelly – Associate Principal
Caron began her career aged 11 at the National Theatre in The Wind in the Willows. She went on to sing at the English National Opera during her teens and performed in many concerts in the Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall and many West End theatres. Caron studied Drama at Queen Mary University of London and gained a PGCE in Secondary Teaching and Masters in Critical Studies and Education. Caron really gained confidence as a child through singing and acting education and loves instilling that knowledge in her students today.
Meet the Tutors
Leah Hall- Tutor
Leah is a professional Singer/Actor who has been within the performing industry for six years. She has a background being a lead vocalist on high end cruise ships and has performed in many shows around the UK. Leah’s favourite musical is “Newsies”. She enjoys teaching singing, drama and dance and sharing her love for performing with her pupils- helping them grow in confidence and ability.

Steph Gaisie- Tutor
Having performed in various musicals and shows as a child, Steph is an all round performer, entertainer and songwriter.
She now travels the country singing in function bands and recently has been able to perform a Motown show on cruise ships around the world.
Steph has a strong portfolio of live performances including supports for Tinie Tempah, Alexandra O’Neal, Montell Jordan, Guru, Mario, Vula (Basement Jaxx) JLS, Craig David, Sway, DJ Ironik, The Real Thing, Day 26 and Soul II Soul.
Passionate about teaching the next generation, Steph enjoys passing her enthusiasm on to our Little Voices and over the years has been able to see them flourish in what they love to do.
Kayleigh Forster- Tutor
Kayleigh has had a passion for performing arts since she was 6 years old. Since graduating, Kayleigh has been a vocalist and show team member for Marella Cruises, an ensemble dancer in Camberley Theatre’s ‘Sleeping Beauty’ and a lead vocalist at the Blue Lagoon Resort in Greece. She also gigs with ‘The Jukebox Sweethearts’ and is currently heading for the acting industry. So with all of this experience and more to come, she is keen to use this to help train the students to the current standards of today.
Kayleigh loves working with Little Voices and is eager to pass on her knowledge to help the students develop and grow into the wonderful young performers that they can be.
Autumn Gale – Tutor
Autumn is professionally trained in Singing, Acting and Dancing with experience in both stage and screen.
Some of her credits include 13 the Musical West End, Assassins Creed Film, Lloyds Bank and McDonald’s
Autumn’s favourite musical is Beetlejuice!
